Subscriptions are not open yet, so only accounts we have set up can sign in; everyone else will be able to create an account when they open.
Your 9to95 account signs you in to the web app and to the connector your AI assistant uses. One account, one password, both places.
First sign-in. If we created your account for you, when your subscription or trial starts we email you a one-time code. On the sign-in page, enter your user name and that code; a second screen asks you to choose a password, twice. The code works once and expires; if it has expired, use Forgot your password to get a new link.
Every later sign-in. Enter your user name and your password. In the web app you stay signed in on that browser for up to 12 hours, and are signed out after 2 hours without use or when you choose Sign out.
Forgot your password. Choose Forgot your password on the sign-in page and enter your user name. If an account exists for it, we email a link to the address on that account that lets you choose a new password; the link works once and expires after a short time. The page says the same thing whether or not an account exists, so that nobody can use it to find out whether a name has an account.
We email a sign-in code or a password link only when you or we have just started that step; if one arrives that you did not expect, do not use it and write to support@9to95.com.
Connecting an assistant. When Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini connects to 9to95 it opens the 9to95 sign-in page. Check the address bar first: it must show the same site as the connector address you were given when you subscribed. If the address is different, stop, do not enter anything, and write to support@9to95.com. Type your password only there, and choose Allow. The connect guides walk through each assistant.
Changing your email address. In the web app, under Account, enter the new address and your password; we send a confirmation link to the new address and a notice to the old one.
Keep your account to yourself. Never send your password or a sign-in code to anyone, including us; 9to95 Support will never ask for either. An account is for one person's own household planning, and the Terms do not allow sharing a sign-in.
Stuck? Write to support@9to95.com from the email address on your account and tell us what you see on screen. Never include your password or a code.
